What formats are the layouts in?

Each layout is available in EPS, SVG, AI, and GSD formats. The EPS, and AI formats work with most vinyl cutting software as well as Pazzle craft cutting machines (EPS format). The SVG format works with Cricut machines (using the Sure Cuts A Lot software), and the GSD format usually works with Sillhouette, Craft Robo, Klic-N-Kut, Wishblade, etc. If none of those formats work with your software, please contact us to see if we have the format available that you need.

How do I know if one of the Formats will work with my software?

Usually one of the formats (EPS, SVG, AI, or GSD) work with most vinyl cutting software, however, if you are unsure whether or not they will work with yours you can download one of our free tester layouts. Make sure that you IMPORT the files into your software and not just open them.

How do I know if the svg format will work with my cricut?

In order to cut SVG files on your Cricut, you just need to have a third party software
called Sure Cuts A Lot (SCAL). You can find this product, as well as answers to
any of your questions concerning it, at the link at the top of this page. Then you can
download one of our free SVG tester layout to make sure it works. We provide the SVG files, however, we are not specialized in using the Cricut so any questions need to be
directed to the SCAL website.

Do you provide support for all types of cutters?

We are happy to try to answer any questions that you may have regarding importing the files into your software. However, because there are many different types of vinyl cutters, we are not able to know the in's and out's of each different machine. Feel free to send us your questions, however, if we cannot answer your question, you can refer to your user manuel or contact the maker of your machine for information on what file formats your machine uses and how to import files.

What does “optimized” mean?

Our layouts are optimized. This means that each layout has been welded so that
only the outside of the design will be cut. This way there will not be any
intersecting lines or overlap cuts. Having each layout optimized ensures a faster,
more efficient, and higher quality cut as well as easier weeding and a better overall finished product.

May I use your products for business purposes?

We have created these layouts to save you time with your personal or business vinyl
cutting needs. The layout images may be used to advertise online or as a printed
flyer or advertisement to show your customers what you have available. However,
restrictions are as follows:

- The images may not be sold, edited, converted, or distributed.
-Watermarks are not to be removed from images.
-Layout files may not be sold or distributed to anyone who has not purchased the files from us. Finished products you make may be sold or distributed, however, not the digital file itself.

Do you take custom orders?

We do not offer custom orders. However, if there is something you would like to see,
please e-mail us an idea of what you are looking for, and we may use your
suggestion for one of our new layouts.

How often do you add new products?

We try to add new products every week. To stay updated on the latest items, check

I accidentally deleted my item after I downloaded it. Do I have to
purchase it again in order to redownload it?

Files can be redownloaded for a short time after you have purchased them.
As long as you have not closed the download window, simply try redownloading
the item. If that does not work, or if you have any other problems just contact us.

What payments do you accept?

We currently only accept payment through Paypal on our website, however, if you have questions about using another form of payment, please e-mail us.

What is your refund policy?

Refunds are considered on a case by case basis. However, because we offer free testers for you to try out the files before you make a purchase, refunds are rarely needed. Please contact us if you have a problem with one of the files and we will do our best to fix it.
